Forest Mall shopping center, 835 W. Johnson St., will host its Mothers Day Arts and Crafts Show from Friday, May 9, through Sunday, May 11.

First Lutheran Church, located at 18th Avenue and 17th Street, Rock Island, will hold a celebration of Scandinavian Arts from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 17 and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 18. The festival will take place in the Parish House, Fellowship Hall and on the church lawn.
